Are you dissatisfied with the care you received?

You can submit comments or complaints if you have experienced something in healthcare that you are not satisfied with. You can do this both as a patient and as a family member. Our CEO Kenneth explains more in the video.

Dissatisfaction in health care

What you need to know

The three main reasons for dissatisfaction with us are that we disagree on the need and extent of sick leave, that we have different views on the prescription of addictive drugs, and that we have different views on the need for specialist care, such as psychiatric care.

If you are dissatisfied with the care, we ask you first and foremost to contact us, and if this does not lead to us resolving the dissatisfaction, contact the Patient Complaints Board in Skåne. If you do not get the help you want there, you can always report us to the Inspectorate for Health and Social Care.
